Trust & Security
Jason is designed to process your content without ever storing, exploiting, or sharing it. Here's how we protect every aspect of your business.
When you import a JSON file, YAML or a presentation, Jason processes it in memory and deletes it immediately afterward. No copy is kept on our servers. Only the generated translations are saved in your project, and only if you wish.
Jason relies on language processing technology whose terms of use guarantee that your data is not exploited for other purposes. Your content is only used to produce the requested translation, then immediately destroyed.
Jason complies with the General Data Protection Regulation. You can request access to your personal data, modify it or delete it at any time. We clearly identify the sub-processors involved and govern these relationships with compliant contracts.
All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted via TLS 1.3. Data stored in the database is hosted on a secure infrastructure with encryption at rest. Your GitHub access tokens are never saved in plain text.
The Jason team does not have access to your project contents. Processing is fully automated. Only metadata necessary for the service to function properly (number of keys, quotas, job status) is visible from our administration interface.
For businesses subject to particular regulatory constraints (financial, healthcare, defense sectors), we can establish a personalized processing agreement, respond to your security questionnaires and provide our certifications.
